Remove Plastic bag over Pin. Carefully remove Rubber Nipples over pin. Look where you would like to place your Brand New Hat Pin! Push inn on Item you want to place on till you penetrate it and Place Rubber Locking nipple in place.

WARNING : Never push on bare hands Use Gloves and maintain hands clear of any blinds spots . ALWAYS push inn against a hard strong object when installing Hat Pin. ONLY 13 Years and Up.
